In March 2012, Stav Erez co-founded SifTech. In June 2013, after 2 successful cohorts of SifTech accelerator and the establishment of the Jerusalem startup community, Stav moved to the Jerusalem Development Authority (JDA) in order to build and manage Jnext, a joint project of the JDA, the Ministry of Jerusalem and the Municipality of Jerusalem.

Jnext’s mission is to build an ecosystem for entrepreneurs in Jerusalem and foster the development of technology innovation. This by engaging all the active organizations in the entrepreneurial space in one, city-wide coordinated program.

Fleur Hassan-Nahoum

Ayelet Batist

Ayelet loves combining her backgrounds in programming, cognitive sciences and visual design for nailing and polishing UX & UI designs for startups.
Joining Lightricks' founders in 2013, Ayelet worked on creating the branding, UX and UI design of the company's first photo editing app, Facetune.

Today, after Facetune's sensational popularity on the Appstore and Play store, Ayelet is leading the creative team at Lightricks. Her team is responsible for the all aspects of the look & feel of the new app, Enlight, and for the branding UX & UI design of new apps on the way.

Talya Miron-Shatz, PhD

Prof. Talya Miron-Shatz has a Phd in social psychology.
She did her post-doc at Princeton University with Daniel Kahneman, taught consumer behavior at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, and published dozens of acedemic papers on medical decision making. Gil Ben-Artzy

Gil is a Partner at UpWest Labs, a US-based seed fund that supercharges the growth of Israeli startups in Silicon Valley.
Prior to UpWest Labs, Gil was part of Yahoo!’s Corporate Development group, working on strategy & acquisitions, as well as managing the relationships with the Israeli ecosystem of investors, entrepreneurs and startups. In this role, he led the acquisition of Yahoo!’s first Israel-based startup (FoxyTunes) and helped open the company’s first R&D center in Haifa. Gil was also VP of Operations Management at Yahoo!, driving the business aspects for the Tech Infrastructure organization.
Gil was previously a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in New York, where he advised Fortune 500 companies. Gil holds a BA in Economics & Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Gil enjoys going to live music performances (Coachella Music Festival is his annual highlight). He is also an avid sports fan, and though soccer is at the top of his list, he will pretty much watch anything that has a ball and/or timer involved.

Natasha Shine-Zirkel

Natasha Shine-Zirkel was born in London, raised in California and made Aliyah at the age of 19.
She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management from Irvine Valley College and a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance from The IDC Herzliya. Dr. Harold Wiener

Liat Aaronson, Adv., is the executive director of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, an avant-garde private university in Israel.

Lenny Engelhardt

Lenny has over 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, product management and sales for technology companies in the fields of consumer electronics, software and other multi-disciplinary systems. In addition he is an avid endurance cyclist.
He has been involved in a variety of tech companies from startups to well established public companies. Built and lead international sales, marketing and business teams and also created partnerships with leading global corporations as launch pads for commercialization of early stage innovative technologies. These have included business relations with the likes of Microsoft, Mitsubishi, General Motors, DuPont, AT&T and many others. He also is very successful working in diverse business cultures from Europe, America and different Asian countries. In 2014 he founded Isravelo which sells premium Italian cycling apparel in Israel online, in retail and to club teams. He holds a BSc. In electrical engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the Hebrew University.

Avraham Nadell

Avraham Nadell is an experienced financial executive with over 20 years of experience as a CFO, management consultant, risk manager and financial auditor, in both the US and in Israel.
He has worked or consulted for such well-known companies as Ernst & Young New York City, McGraw-Hill, Gilat Satellites, Ormat, McCann Advertising, Comcast, IDT, Deloitte Tel Aviv, EMI Music, among others. Most recently he was the CFO for two Jerusalem Venture Partners startups. He built and managed the financial and legal infrastructure for AnyClip Media reporting to the CEO as revenues grew over 1000X to millions of dollars per year and the company obtained $20+ million in financing.

He has an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School in NYC and made aliya in July 2004.

He currently provides outsourced CFO services, including strategic planning, budgeting, reporting dashboards and fund-raising assistance, to startups and small business that want to move up to the next level.

Hanan Brand

Hanan Brand is a Partner at Cornerstone Venture Partners (CSVP), a U.S. based venture capital firm investing mainly in Israeli startups.
Hanan has more than 8 years of experience as a senior investment manager and business development manager for two of Israel’s largest venture capital funds: JVP (Jerusalem Venture Partners), ranked one of the top-10 consistently performing VC funds worldwide, and Ofer Hi-Tech, the venture arm of the Ofer Brothers Group, one of Israel’s largest conglomerates. He also has marketing and business development experience in several startups. Hanan is the Founder and Chairman of MadeinJLM, a non-profit promoting Jerusalem’s startup and tech ecosystem, and mentors in several accelerators and entrepreneurship programs.

Noa Urbach

Noa is a business development professional with strong international experience in both corporate and startups. She's passionate about startups, and loves helping B2B startups expand internationally.
Noa is an INSEAD MBA graduate (2007) with more than 10 years of business development experience. Following her MBA she worked for Barclays Bank in the UK (strategy and online product management). She then moved to Google AdWords partnerships team, initially as a strategic partner manager, and thereafter as a manager of a European partnerships team that grew to a $100m annual revenue.
Since she moved back to Israel she's been working with a wide variety of promising startups, helping them develop their business internationally.

Gary Founded & designed Mad Mimi (acquired by GoDaddy - GDDY) and is an angel investor in 17+ startups.
He was raised on a farm in South Africa, ex-pro skateboarder, ex-pro bass player, creativity fan, tech-designer, artist, lover of mud.
As of today, he is working on Pinecone, a social ecommerce app and currently on the senior team @GoDaddy, focusing on solving big problems with beautifully-designed consumer applications.

Guy Cherni

In his years working in the US, Eliav founded a Los Angeles-based consultancy providing digital content marketing services to small businesses and non-profit organizations. Howard has spent his career developing partnerships with customers and analyzing market trends to create the next breakthrough technology products.

In his most recent role at Cisco Systems in Jerusalem, Howard lead a team of product managers to develop a SaaS-based cloud-hosted video streaming platform to connected devices for service providers, broadcasters and content owners.

Howard has a BA in Computing and Management from Keele University in the UK and an MBA from Bar Ilan University, Israel.

Helen Wexler

Helen Wexler is an award winning "archi-tech", working at the intersection of architecture and technology.
Helen holds a degree in Architecture from the Bezalel Academy of Art and design and has recently received an award from NASA for her design of 3D printed Martian housing.

After working as a technology analyst for a Tel Aviv based investment firm, she moved from the private sector to the public one. There she currently manages the Jnext program at the Jerusalem Development Authority, where she writes and implements economic development policies to support startups and technology companies in the city of Jerusalem. She also teaches fourth and fifth year architecture students at Bezalel on the topic of “Technology Paradigms in Architecture”.

Zaki Djemal
